"Becoming the First lady of Lebanon in September 1998, I decided to invest myself in social assistance and development activities. This is my way of assuming the moral obligations of this responsibility in doing constructive and positive social politics. It is not by chance that I engaged myself for the support of childhood. Among the different people and organizations I know and meet only a few take care of deprived children. A little help makes all the difference between tears and a shining smile & I was therefore determined to establish what became the "Childhood Protection and Care Association. With your support the Association will thrive and persevere to promote the welfare of childhood in Lebanon."

Childhood Protection and Care Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the help of needy and special children in medical, rehabilitative
and humane areas. Although officially launched in 2004, the organization has been effectively helping, with love, care and concrete actions since early 1999.
